Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop project proposals and charters in collaboration with project owners and sponsors.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.
- Submit comprehensive meeting minutes and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project alignment with strategic goals and effective communication across teams.
Required skills
- 5+ years of project management experience within IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
Preferred skills
- Experience in project management for large-scale eCommerce or tech environments.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure layers and related technologies.
