Roles/Responsibilities
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a strong pipeline
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to source, cold call, and email potential clients
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and consultative sales to address merchant needs
- Collaborate with Business Development to convert leads and increase win rates
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market demands
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track progress, and report on outcomes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound efforts
Required skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with proven success in closing complex deals
- Strong business development experience, including cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
