Our client, a thriving organisation who are witnessing year on year growth is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role that will shape the financial direction of the organisation alongside the smooth running of the day to day financial activity.
Salary: £40K - £50K per annum
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on approach to day to day financial activity, including month end and reconciliations
- Budget and forecasting
- Overseeing credit control and debt collection
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
Skills and experience:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial software
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
