My Advice

Information is key! Taking the next step in your career can be a daunting experience, but it doesn't have to be. When working with a recruiter try to be clear on what you are looking for but don’t be afraid to ask for advice if you’re not sure. There are a lot of factors to think about such as: culture, location, industry, team structure, title etc. The list could be endless! However, the clearer you are on what is most important and what your longer term aspirations are, the better equipped I can be to help you find the right role to help you realise your career goals.

My Background

Being a former teacher, I have a passion for learning and building strong relationships and these are aspects I bring to my recruitment career. I strive to be consistently up to date with the latest developments and technologies in the market to ensure I am always well positioned to add value.

After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire, with a Degree in Management Studies, I worked in the property sector in London. After doing this for a couple of years and inspired by my own past teachers, I decided to undertake a Postgraduate Certification in Teaching, (PGCE) in Business Education. I spent four years as a Teacher before taking a career break to travel across South-East Asia and later Australia. Since joining the recruitment industry in 2014, I have specialised in the Analytics Market, an area I have a genuine passion for.
