My Advice

In my experience the majority of unsuccessful interviews are not because of the professional's ability or skillset but because they failed to prepare properly. I would recommend that you spend time preparing properly to maximise your chances of securing your dream job as well as well as developing your all round interview techniques.

I joined Morgan McKinley in 2003 and then made an internal transfer to Tokyo in 2006 where I was responsible for managing the Banking & Securities Teams. I have been the Managing Director of the Tokyo office since 2010 and am responsible for strategy development, business management, people leadership and client relationship management of Morgan McKinley Tokyo. I was born in Zimbabwe and hold a BSc in Cell & Molecular Biology and also graduated from Oxford University Law School.
