Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of a finance transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and define future-state operating models.
- Work closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to drive change.
Ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory considerations are met.
As the successful candidate, you will offer:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on finance transformation projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process improvement and business case development.
- Experience within insurance is highly desirable, but candidates from banking or broader financial services, who have worked across significant finance transformations will also be considered.
- Knowledge of finance systems, reporting and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
