As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements. From developing analytical models and project management tools to preparing business plans and competitive intelligence reports, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and direction of our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing analytical models, operational reports, and management tools to support divisional strategies.
- Assisting in the creation of project budgets and KPI reports to ensure successful rollouts.
- Preparing consolidated business unit and divisional strategy plans, industry reports, and competitive intelligence insights.
- Developing comprehensive and concise business cases that support business growth initiatives.
- Preparing detailed business plans to set the strategic direction for the company.
- Delivering insightful and scalable analytical models and reports.
- Preparing comprehensive and timely strategy plans, business cases, and business plans.
- Supporting projects with practical and timely project management tools.
- Producing actionable industry and competitive intelligence reports.
As the successful candidate, you will offer:
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
- Experience in financial and data modelling, along with competent Excel skills.
- The ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and solutions.
- Confidence in addressing and solving complex quantitative challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written skills to clearly present ideas and findings.
