We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to support a large-scale system implementation impacting multiple NSW Government agencies. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth adoption, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation for this critical initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a change and communications strategy to support system adoption across agencies.
Design and manage intranet pages and digital communication channels to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and key messaging to ensure effective communication.
Deliver training sessions and workshops to familiarise stakeholders with the platform's core functionalities.
Conduct change impact assessments and work with key stakeholders to mitigate risks and resistance.
Track and measure benefits realisation to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
About You:
Proven experience in change management and communications within large-scale system implementations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and frontline staff.
Experience developing and managing digital communications, including intranet and webpage content.
Background in designing and delivering training and business readiness activities.
Ability to track adoption and benefits realisation, using structured measurement frameworks.
Prior experience in NSW Government or public sector environments is highly desirable.
