We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to support a large-scale system implementation impacting multiple NSW Government agencies. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth adoption, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation for this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a change and communications strategy to support system adoption across agencies.

• Design and manage intranet pages and digital communication channels to facilitate stakeholder engagement.

• Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and key messaging to ensure effective communication.

• Deliver training sessions and workshops to familiarise stakeholders with the platform's core functionalities.

• Conduct change impact assessments and work with key stakeholders to mitigate risks and resistance.

• Track and measure benefits realisation to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

About You:

• Proven experience in change management and communications within large-scale system implementations.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and frontline staff.

• Experience developing and managing digital communications, including intranet and webpage content.

• Background in designing and delivering training and business readiness activities.

• Ability to track adoption and benefits realisation, using structured measurement frameworks.

• Prior experience in NSW Government or public sector environments is highly desirable.
