System Support Engineer

About the Role:

In this client-facing role, you'll support traders and technology teams in the Australian and New Zealand markets. You'll gain deep knowledge of our trading platform and workflows, while contributing to its ongoing development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for AU/NZ markets.
• Analyze trading workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across trading, technology, and compliance.
• Maintain and enhance the stability and performance of our trading platform.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Trading Systems Analyst.
• Experience with the IRESS platform.
• Proficiency in Unix and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of equities markets and trading lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
