Technical Business Aanlyst

Our client, a leading bank, is seeking Senior Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to join the dynamic Enterprise transformation program team. You will play a key role in building a cutting-edge system, designed to allocate work seamlessly and generate actionable outputs like JIRA tickets. Working closely with the architecture and engineering teams, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and technical implementation.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a product, lead its lifecycle, and collaborate with a super-technical engineering team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decompose large legacy platforms into modular systems and smaller applications.
• Collaborate with architects to model platform designs into functional systems and translate high-level requirements into actionable plans.
• Define scenarios, exception paths, and maintain a comprehensive backlog for the development team.
• Establish QA processes, write automation test scripts, and plan/test scenarios to ensure robust solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of building complex backend systems, including addressing challenges in production environments.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in technology-related roles, with experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally from a software development background.
• Proven experience in building complex backend systems and modular architectures. A deep understanding of how systems are designed, developed, and deployed is crucial.
• Hands-on testing background, including automation and script writing.
• Strong experience in using JIRA for work allocation, backlog management, and reporting.
