The challenge

A strategic decision was made to outsource talent acquisition, enabling its HR team to focus on learning and development and also supporting the general HR needs of the business.

The company needs to attract talent for a range of customer advisory and support roles across all departments at offices in Cork and Dublin. In addition, it needs to recruit employees into non-advisory support roles (such as project managers).
