Project Accountant - Real Estate

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for real estate? A well-established real estate company in York Region is looking for a Project Accountant to join their team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Preparing and reviewing project invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with project managers to analyze financial performance
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
- Supporting financial audits and ensuring proper documentation
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of accounting experience, in real estate or construction
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation is an asset, but not required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
