Extensive experience in supporting Windows client workstations, including Windows 7 and 10.
Proficient in managing mobile solutions, such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
Experienced in managing corporate client machines using central management systems like SCCM and EPO.
Familiarity with Avaya PABX systems and MS Teams Rooms is a plus.
Knowledgeable in endpoint security software and client applications, including anti-virus, MS Office, and advanced client tools for video conferencing and secure messaging.
Requirements:
Diploma/High Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
1-3 years in-depth experience in End User Services and solutions Banking or Financial Services experience will be an advantage
Experience in Inventory and Asset Management
Experience in Secure File Transfer System
Certification in MCSE, CCNA will be advanced
Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCITP or relevant certifications is preferred
