Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are embarking on exciting AI initiatives to transform our business processes and deliver superior value to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead these initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies.
- In conjunction with the technical team, evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies that can enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT , or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Project Management
- Agila / lean, PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Execution focused with a keen problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of AI principles, GenAI or Chatbot
- Excellent facilitation, influencing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
