About the Company:
My client is a multinational trading company with a strong presence in global markets. They are seeking a finance professional to join the Strategy & Investment team. Expatriates with fluent Cantonese are highly welcome.
Responsibilities:
Conduct global macroeconomic research, industry trends analysis, and competitor assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in investment and M&A processes, including research, development, screening, due diligence, and approval.
Evaluate potential investment opportunities, analyze financial feasibility, and assess risks to maximize returns.
Oversee documentation, performance tracking, reporting, and exit strategies for investment projects.
Collaborate with global business units, analyze financial data, and develop long-term strategies, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in Big Four firms and relevant in-house investment / legal roles.
Familiarity with consumer goods or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills in project evaluation, financial statement analysis, and investment decision-making.
Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
