Develop and implement client strategies for different countries, client segments, and products by leveraging internal and external market intelligence.
Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to align strategies and provide strategic advice to senior management on decision-making regarding structure, processes, talent, and platform development.
Ensure Asia's client strategy is aligned with global objectives and coordinate APAC-wide alignment across Equities and FICC.
Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across products and regions.
Work with Business Managers and infrastructure teams to optimize client and talent experiences by improving processes and accelerating the digitization of the business.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the Global Markets Division in Investment Banking, or the broader finance industry.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create high-quality presentations and perform advanced data analysis.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
Excellent quantitative skills with a strategic mindset to analyze data and identify opportunities.
Knowledge of Equities products, clients, and markets.
Experience in client strategy or business management within the banking sector.
Confidence and maturity to regularly interact with senior management.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct financial and strategic analysis while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
