Syndicate Loan Manager - Chinese Corporate Bank

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relationship managers and team leaders to secure mandates as lead manager, arranger, or underwriter.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks to identify opportunities for primary and secondary syndicated loan transactions.
• Monitor market trends and investor appetites, providing insights on loan pricing and distribution strategies.
• Promote and manage the sell-down of the bank's loan portfolio, including preparation of transaction closing documents.
• Prepare information memorandums and work with internal and external stakeholders, such as loan operations teams, lawyers, and relevant units, to finalize loan documents and fulfill conditions precedent for drawdowns.
• Assist in organizing loan signings and contribute to formulating strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Syndicated Loans.
• Proactive, results-driven, with strong business acumen.
• Analytical with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
