This large company is looking for the Assistant Human Resources Manager to work on one of their largest projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft and update HR project management task lists and management dashboard
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies
- Provide data analysis and reporting (where applicable), working in partnership with local HR team and headquarter HR business facing and HR Analytics team
- Consolidate staff rostering information and give input to the rostering system design team, in order the system design fulfil the workforce plan needs
- Other HR project ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6-8 years solid experience in compensation and benefit related HR project management with sound HR profession judgement on staff management and data management
- Solid HR data analytical skill, and ability to make data model and scenario planning
- Ability to create data tools, project dashboard and enable to automatic functioning when there are data changes
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Occasional travels to the Guangdong Province are required
