Job Duties:
- Process monthly payroll and final payments for employees across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, medical insurance, and retirement schemes, tailored to regional requirements.
- Prepare and file taxation documents and reports for various jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits budgets across regions.
- Address staff inquiries regarding payroll and benefits matters promptly and professionally, providing regional insights as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams on compensation and benefits operations, ensuring alignment with regional policies.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, focusing on regional HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits, particularly payroll, across multiple regions.
- Experience managing payroll processes and benefits administration in various jurisdictions is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in relevant regions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
