My client is a prestigious organization and they are looking for a Human Resources Manager focusing on strategy and transformation. Management consulting / HR consulting background preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update HR project task lists and management dashboards to track progress
- Plan, organize and implement projects including monitoring status, risks, issues and dependencies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment planning and execution processes
- Verify job descriptions, organizational charts and staffing requests according to business processes
- Support project resource onboarding programs and change management initiatives
- Conduct organizational reviews and participate in design improvements
- Consolidate workforce plans with project teams, adapting to changing business needs for both event and non-event staffing
- Assist in long-term headcount planning and operating model development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR / Management consulting/ HR Consulting/ Transformation experience
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience managing complex HR projects in matrix organizational structures
- Adaptable to changing environments with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent business judgment and outstanding communication abilities
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities with attention to detail
