Support Relationship Managers in providing excellent client service and building long-term relationships based on trust and respect.
Deliver accurate and efficient client and account administration, completing tasks on time.
Follow all regulatory requirements, the Bank's Code of Conduct, and company policies.
Ensure personal compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards in client onboarding, investment advice, transactions, monitoring, account reviews, and documentation to meet all rules and regulations.
Meet personal performance targets and participate in meetings and training.
Understand clients' needs to match them with the organization's offerings.
Handle daily client servicing efficiently, minimizing errors and complaints.
Suggest portfolio opportunities to Relationship Managers and manage costs responsibly.
Use the organization's platforms and resources effectively.
Be punctual, handle calls, cover lunch duties, and provide backup for team members when needed.
Train and support new team members.
Assist with marketing events and functions.
Represent the organization's culture and values in all interactions and behavior.
Continuously improve your skills and knowledge, meeting regulatory training requirements.
Communicate respectfully and maintain professional behavior at all times.
Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
