The Billing Coordinator is expected to take ownership of end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams. Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with company policies and contract terms.
- Review, verify, and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date billing documentation and support month‑end closing activities.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing status.
- Support internal audits and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance function.
- Familiar with billing systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or Navision), and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration and client interaction.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with logistics or airfreight billing practices and international billing/tax regulations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to be considered for this position.
