Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, develop, and manage solutions for client desktops, Windows servers, file sharing, mobile devices, and system management.
- Implement, support, and optimize VMware, VDI, and Citrix infrastructures.
- Ensure compliance with desktop and endpoint configuration standards within the bank.
- Assist the Technical Services Manager with project management for deskside rollouts and new solution implementations.
- Support the execution of security patch installations and software updates.
- Provide assistance for troubleshooting Windows 10 technical issues.
- Support the Windows environment, including deskside hardware and software; manage patching, group policies, as well as Windows and MacOS systems.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years or above of experience in Infrastructure or related field
- Experience in Wintel based infrastructure
- AD/ Exchange/ DHCP, KMS, Teams SharePoint
- Experience in Cloud based technologies
- Experience in Infrastructure components
- VMWare, Citrix, Cisco Ironport, Inventory Solution, Linux, Unix, Network, Firewall
