Director, Healthcare Strategy

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Strategy, you will lead a team of around 10 people and actively drive the overall strategic planning and evolution of the healthcare programme. Acting as the Programme Lead, you would be accountable for the delivery of the programme's financial objectives and ensure your team's operations being steered, including business planning and process review. You will also play a vital role in propositions strategy that you would collaborate with and influence business, technology and other functional owners and stakeholders of each prioritised initiative in the road map to drive effective and timely execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder from a global renowned university
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy
• Preferably you should have gained relevant experience in large management consulting firms, health insurers or health re-insurers
• Excellent command of English
• Candidates straight from leading management consulting firms at around the Associate Partner/Associate Principal/Principal level will be considered
