Seeking a versatile candidate for a dynamic, lean team environment. Applicants who are comfortable managing a blend of finance, HR, and office administration responsibilities will be a PLUS.
Financial Duties:
- Manage comprehensive accounting functions, including financial and management reporting.
 
- Prepare consolidated accounting schedules and financial statements accurately and promptly.
 
- Daily NAV and performance reporting
 
- Provide regular reports on cash flow and investment positions for management review, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
 
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
 
- Oversee and monitor treasury activities.
 
Administrative Duties:
- Handle procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
 
- Deliver full secretarial support to the CEO and team members.
 
- Organize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
 
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
 
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
 
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and QuickBooks.
 
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
 
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
