Key Responsibilities:
Improve IT project delivery by identifying risks, sharing lessons learned, and applying best practices across all project methods (Agile or Waterfall).
Monitor and evaluate IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring strong project management.
Develop and maintain high-quality project management templates and frameworks to standardize processes.
Assess key IT programs, ensuring they meet success criteria, track progress, and resolve issues.
Review project status, recommend improvements, and ensure timely implementation of changes.
Create action plans to keep projects on track and in the "green zone."
Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.
Guide and mentor junior team members to support their growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
10+ years of hands-on project management experience in large organizations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile, PMP, or other project management methods.
Proficient in English (Cantonese is a plus).
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA is beneficial.
Proactive problem solver with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
