Project & Change Assurance (SM grade)

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve IT project delivery by identifying risks, sharing lessons learned, and applying best practices across all project methods (Agile or Waterfall).

• Monitor and evaluate IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring strong project management.

• Develop and maintain high-quality project management templates and frameworks to standardize processes.

• Assess key IT programs, ensuring they meet success criteria, track progress, and resolve issues.

• Review project status, recommend improvements, and ensure timely implementation of changes.

• Create action plans to keep projects on track and in the "green zone."

• Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.

• Guide and mentor junior team members to support their growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 10+ years of hands-on project management experience in large organizations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Agile, PMP, or other project management methods.

• Proficient in English (Cantonese is a plus).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

• Knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA is beneficial.

• Proactive problem solver with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
