Lead the execution and implementation of sponsorship initiatives.
Localize and activate group sponsorship assets as needed.
Evaluate and maintain strategic alliances to achieve business objectives, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders-including customers, partners, and team members-to design and implement campaigns that enhance business outcomes through coordinated marketing efforts.
Work closely with internal teams (distribution, finance, compliance, legal, administration, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution, continuously monitoring risks for compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Partner with production houses, PR, and marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives efficiently and on schedule.
Regularly review business performance with strategic partners and proactively seek improvements to meet objectives.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Over 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in sponsorship or liaison roles.
Established network of alliance contacts.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Familiarity with digital and social media.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Manager position.
