Senior Project Manager, Large NGO

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end management of the charitable project, of which the funding is more than HK$ 300 million
• Establish strategic partnership network to ensure effective delivery and sustainable development of the project
• Partner closely with diverse partners and stakeholders in project management, including internal stakeholders and external stakeholders from the government and various NGOs.
• Facilitate thought leadership and alignment across all project partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Perform the strategic portfolio management by overseeing the relevant strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement project governance and controls to ensure effective execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
• A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience gained from the government, statutory bodies, NGOs, universities or other similar organisations
• Candidates from a consulting background without NGO experience will be considered
• Strong project development and management skills
• Excellent command of Cantonese and English
