Investment Due Diligence Manager, International Corporate VC

Responsibilities

• Conduct Due Diligence:

Manage and execute comprehensive reviews of potential investment opportunities, assessing financial statements, market data, and operational health.

• Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

Identify, analyze, and report on potential financial, operational, legal, and market risks associated with investments to help decision-makers mitigate risks.

• Project Management:

Lead due diligence projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

• Financial Analysis & Modeling:

Perform financial analysis, develop financial models, and interpret data to understand the financial performance and outlook of potential investments.

• Reporting & Presentation:

Prepare and present clear, concise reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders to communicate potential issues, risks, and investment returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognised university
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in Investment Due Diligence and Finance, gained from large MNCs
• Prior experience in Big 4 firms would be highly preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Exceptional communication skills
• Willing to travel internationally
