About the role
You will play a vital role in UX writing, crafting delightful experiences that customers have with the company from customer insights, mobile app, website to offline customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Create content strategies and develop content across various platforms, including the website, mobile app, emails, and offline customer communications
- Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy that meets user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with design principles
- Conduct user research to refine content based on data-driven insights
- Assist in fulfilling research requirements through both primary and secondary research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Perform desk research and collect third-party data on topics pertinent to the business
- Develop, curate, and organize insights for internal distribution and enhancing the use of insights
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 8+ years of experience in UX writing, marketing communications, bilingual copywriting or user research
- Preferably from research agency, banking, financial services, insurance, or large corporations
- Excellent in project management, content creation, qualitative and quantitative research
- UX writing and UX-related qualifications or certifications will be an advantage
- Proactive, collaborative, fast-paced with can-do attitude
- Strong user empathy, analytical and problem-solving skills, able to understand quickly, digest requirements, and translate user needs into practical design solutions.
