Responsibilities
- Create business development initiatives to drive new merchants acquisition across different market segments
- Initiate business planning, new project, market expansion planning and execution
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key clients, channel partners and other merchants
- Conduct market research to understand unique characteristics of the market, craft strategic business plans across various segments to meet the overall goals
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external networks to focus on and engage key merchants and industries; rapidly cultivate relationships with important stakeholders to propel business growth
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably from fintech or App platform, including digital wallets, payment, ecommerce etc.
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition, business strategic planning, creating practical action points
- Strong data analysis, project management and communication skills
- Passionate, proactive and self-motivated candidate with can-do attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
