Business Development Manager, Fintech Solution

Responsibilities

• Create business development initiatives to drive new merchants acquisition across different market segments
• Initiate business planning, new project, market expansion planning and execution
• Develop and maintain close relationships with key clients, channel partners and other merchants
• Conduct market research to understand unique characteristics of the market, craft strategic business plans across various segments to meet the overall goals
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external networks to focus on and engage key merchants and industries; rapidly cultivate relationships with important stakeholders to propel business growth

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably from fintech or App platform, including digital wallets, payment, ecommerce etc.
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition, business strategic planning, creating practical action points
• Strong data analysis, project management and communication skills
• Passionate, proactive and self-motivated candidate with can-do attitude
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
