    Our client is a leading medical communication MNC with over 30 global offices and over 800 employees around the world. They provide worldwide pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and health institutions with up-to-date medical information and news, drug listing, marketing and communication solution, medical events and symposiums and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value
    • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client goals and timelines
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and adherence to regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Oversee project budgets and ensure that all financial aspects are managed effectively, providing clients with clear and accurate invoicing
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, including metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency, preferably with a focus on pharmaceutical clients
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare communications
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
    • Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance relevant to pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.
