Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client goals and timelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and adherence to regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
- Oversee project budgets and ensure that all financial aspects are managed effectively, providing clients with clear and accurate invoicing
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, including metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency, preferably with a focus on pharmaceutical clients
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare communications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance relevant to pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.
