Responsibilties
- Assist and manage the product launch process, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Develop product collaterals, including product brochures, training materials, contract, specifications, launch pack etc.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for systems.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims departments to ensure product viability and profitability.
- Review all product offerings comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor the performance of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and potential product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product adjustments.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in product development, implementation and UAT within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant product development software.
- Less experience will be considered as Product Development Officer.
