UX UI Designer, contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs
• Gather insights from customer feedback and analytics to improve existing designs
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with the bank's brand guidelines
• Support the maintenance and evolution of the bank's design system
• Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to bring designs to life
• Ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Participate in design reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards for an inclusive user experience
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, design tools, and financial technology innovations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with designing for mobile and web applications
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into simple designs
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
