Quality Assurance - Global Financial Institution

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance testing on business processes across APAC, namely onboarding, periodic review and triggering event review to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Review and summarise QA results in a clear and concise manner
• Assist on the preparation of QA reporting materials
• Work with various business stakeholders on remediation implementation
• Support ad-hoc thematic reviews and senior QA leads on project work

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance testing, compliance monitoring, audit or consulting, ideally with exposure in private banking
• Good attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
• Strong sense of risk and control
• Solid data and Excel skills
• Knowledge of KYC documentation, CIP requirements, account structures of various complexity and private banking regulatory requirements
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
