Oversee the premium financing process, from identifying bank partners to managing day-to-day cases.
Address premium financing inquiries from distribution channels.
Conduct internal governance control and prepare sales tracking reports.Assist in developing sales & marketing strategies to enhance market share and financial performance for HNW & Unit-Linked businesses (ULB).
Collaborate with sales teams to create sales tools and forecasts to meet ANP, case count, producer count, and other KPI targets.
Conduct thorough analysis to derive business insights for shaping sales strategies.
Aid in ULB and other proposition development projects and business case creation.
Provide tracking reports to drive action towards achieving sales targets and offer timely information for sales team support.
Undertake any additional duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder with 3-4 years of experience in HNW and/or ULB.
Proficient in managing premium financing cases and workflows.
Strong skills in data analysis and generating business insights.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Profound understanding of insurance products, wealth management solutions, and the HNW segment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities.
Mandatory acquisition of relevant license(s) for regulated activities.
