About the Role: You'll play a key role in managing a £25M+ annual purchasing budget, overseeing product categories, driving stock planning, and optimising an ERP system. You'll collaborate with teams across the business to enhance margins, boost profits, and ensure excellent stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound purchases, including planning, replenishment, and linking to sales plans.
• Develop and implement strategies for seasonal and bulk stock purchases.
• Lead a small team while fostering growth and talent development.
• Optimise stock management, reduce dead stock, and maintain strong cash flow.
• Collaborate with buying groups to secure advantageous deals.
