Job Title: Graduate Accountant
Salary: up to £28K (dependent on experience)

The business is in an impressive growth stage and are now looking to recruit a Graduate Accountant to join the team. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- You will start by learning how to build, analyse and present the weekly P&L.
- Learn how to prepare, analyse and report financial reports to support business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on overhead spend and operational performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across payroll, operations, and finance.
What You'll Need:
- Recently graduated in Finance or similar degree.
- Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail.
- A naturally curious and analytical mindset.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- The business will also consider a candidate who is studying AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA
