Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide seamless service delivery.
- Provide clients with regular updates on their accounts, transactions, and market trends.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting client training sessions.
- Monitor client accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in client service or asset management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to institutional clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
