Responsibilities
- Work closely with traders, sales teams, middle office, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade lifecycle.
- Confirm and validate trade related to Fixed Income, FX and associated Derivatives activities
- Address any trade discrepancies or issues that may arise during the confirmation and settlement process
- Process corporate actions, post trade and life-cycle events
- Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management
- Perform implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
- Participate in New Product Approval process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in middle office / trade support role
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Credit Structure Cash and Derivatives products in both exchange and OTC world, product lifecycles and settlement markets
- Familiarity with trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient PC sills including MS Office, Macros/VBA skills are a plus
