About the Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing team in Ireland. You will work closely with clients across a range of industries, providing expert advice on complex accounting and reporting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex accounting issues, including IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting standards.
- Lead and deliver a range of financial reporting projects, including IFRS conversions, business combinations, and technical accounting research.
- Manage client relationships, build strong rapport, and identify new business opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for clients.
- Stay abreast of evolving accounting standards and industry best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting standards.
- Experience working with multinational companies in a professional services environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality client service.
