The Opportunity

You will act as a trusted advisor to publicly listed companies and large multinationals, leveraging a powerful international network to deliver premier financial reporting and advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Serve as a proficient accountant with deep expertise in IFRS and UK/Irish GAAP, overseeing complex financial reporting across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Client Management: Maintain and develop key relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders in multinational environments.

Strategic Growth: Lead business development initiatives, including proposals, budgeting, and cross-border collaboration with international offices.

Project & Team Management: Design and implement project plans, ensuring assignments are completed within budget and timeframe while providing high-level coaching and mentoring to junior staff.

International Oversight: Manage international accounting and financial reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Skills & Experience

Professional Qualification: Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years PQE with a background in a Top 20 practice or a multinational reporting environment.

Technical Depth: Proven experience in auditing or preparing financial statements under IFRS and local GAAPs (UK/Irish); exposure to European GAAPs is an advantage.

Management: Strong track record in project management and leading high-performing teams.

Attributes: Excellent communicator, commercially aware, and a genuine passion for client service and technical financial reporting.

Systems: Familiarity with ONESOURCE, Caseware, or electronic auditing packages is highly desirable.
