The Business Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative approaches to business challenges. Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development:

  • Mentor and support Business Analysts and Project Owners within the Business Planning team.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and promote collaboration while monitoring progress toward objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment of additional resources for the Business Planning function as needed.

• Strategic Decision-Making & Analysis:

  • Manage the Business Project Pipeline and support the Business Planning Manager.
  • Facilitate the evaluation and development of new projects and business initiatives.
  • Support governance processes for project approvals and prepare reports for senior management.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Create clear, engaging materials to explain concepts and processes to stakeholders.
  • Lead effective meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with team and business goals.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Help stakeholders understand the connection between their work, the business plan, and the broader organisational strategy.

• Essential Skills:

• Qualifications and Experience:

  • Leaving Certificate or relevant third-level qualification required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and motivated to achieve results.
