- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
- Experience in a contact centre or customer service role is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person!
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
