Key Responsibilities
As our Documentation Controller, you will:
- Compile product handover packages and coordinate product certification.
- Distribute documentation via client portals, ensuring the latest revisions reach appropriate users.
- Maintain and organize a compliant documentation system for fast retrieval and efficient management.
- Train employees on records management procedures, documentation practices, and retention policies.
- Support internal and external audits, including ISO and customer compliance audits.
- Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project documentation audit compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment, preferably with quality management systems.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize workloads efficiently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and compliance procedures.
