HR Specialist - 11 month contract

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Specialist with experience in HR Projects to join a leading global multinational. This role is based in Cork but offers excellent hybrid working conditions with 1-day/week onsite.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the following projects:

• People Cycle/Performance management process, understanding key requirements, driving continuous improvement and supporting managers with the implementation of the new system.
• Transformation of TA process, from current system to new TA system and draft supporting workflows. Support with the design of the new TA programme.

A keen interest in Organisation Development, Process improvement and HR Projects is highly advantageous.
