In-House Recruiter - Cork

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Recruiter seeking a new career challenge in Cork. In this role, you will specialize in recruiting high-volume Customer Support positions across a global organisation. This role is a 12 month contact and offers hybrid working benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, multilingual customer support positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment, including interview scheduling and offer preparation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment, sourcing candidates with languages such as Hebrew, Arabic, Norwegian, Danish, German amongst other European languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience using recruitment software and tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
