Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, multilingual customer support positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment, including interview scheduling and offer preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment, sourcing candidates with languages such as Hebrew, Arabic, Norwegian, Danish, German amongst other European languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience using recruitment software and tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
