Junior Data Analyst

Our client, a well-known multinational in Cork, is looking to hire a Junior Data Analyst in Cork. This is a contract position with a requirement of 3 days onsite in their Cork office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python or R and will have an undergraduate in Information Systems, It, Data Administration, Data Science or similar.

In this role, you will:

• Work with Business Solutions Analysts and project teams to assess, analyze, and qualify new information added to the CRM system.
• Use Python, R, and SQL to manage and manipulate data.
• Escalate issues appropriately to the line manager

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Data Administration, Information Systems or IT.
• Data management and analysis of large data sets in Excel/Numbers
• Programming skills using Python, R and/or SQL
• Aptitude and interest in large enterprise systems
• A highly detail-oriented and organised individual
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously on tasks
