Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well known global organisation with a high performing Shared Service Center in Cork, to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst. This role will focus on managing complex commercial sales incentives and revenue processes that support global business growth.
The role will have responsibilities across a number of areas, such as:
- Calculate complex B2B sales incentives, quarter-end accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations accurately, ensuring alignment with SLAs, US GAAP, and global tax regulations.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the integrity of end-to-end financial data.
- Evaluate financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.
- Partner closely with Sales Finance, Tax, Compliance and others, to ensure process efficiency.
This role is best suited to:
- Someone who is open to a contract role for an initial 12 month period.
- Experience in a finance, accounting, or revenue operations role within a large multinational or global corporation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills and proficiency in enterprise data analytics, visualization, and data prep tools will be looked upon favourably.
- Someone with a short notice period or is immediately available.
