Reporting directly to the HR Director (Europe), the Senior HRBP will play an integral role in leading and implementing the HR strategy across the assigned business areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and implement the HR agenda withing the assigned business area in line with business objectives.
- Support senior leaders on all people related matters, including performance management, succession planning, setting clear and concise objectives to set teams up for success.
- Support the recruitment team in order to attract key talent and pipeline for future growth initiatives.
- Lead the talent development agenda for the assigned business area, with clear pathways identified for high performing individuals.
- Foster a close working relationship with peers across EMEA, US and APAC, nurturing and supporting global HR projects.
Key Qualifications include:
- Third level degree qualified (HR), with 10+ years' experience working in HR.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proven track record working in a similar position.
- Excellent understanding of Irish Employment Law required.
